Rules - May 2025 

1.     Admittance to the club room is restricted to club members and their invited guests. Members must ensure that their guests also adhere to the Code of Conduct and Club Rules.

 2.     The last senior member to leave the Club will be responsible for ensuring that windows are closed and the inner and outer doors to the club room are locked. The court gates should be padlocked and the gates to the grounds closed.

 3.     Junior members may only use the clubroom if a senior member is present at the Club. Juniors must behave appropriately and responsibly at all times.

 4.     No smoking or vaping is allowed in the club room, on courts or grounds.

 5.     All members are responsible for keeping the club room clean and tidy.

 6.     Out of the designated club tennis hours including morning sessions members must seek the permission of the groundsman or BHRG staff before playing.

 7.     Members may invite guests to play up to 3 times during any season and will be responsible for collecting the relevant court fee.

 8.     Suitable sports clothing and footwear must be worn at all times.

 9.     Members and guests should adhere to the rules and regulations set out by BHRG.
